External services
Links to third-party services and source repositories are governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy practices.
Open-source software
Code published through our GitHub organization is governed by the license included in the relevant repository. These website terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by an open-source license.
Intellectual property
Unless a separate license says otherwise, the Fabreco Studio name, logo, website design, and original website content belong to Fabreco Studio. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution, but may not imply endorsement or copy the brand presentation.
Professional services
Website content and initial conversations do not create a consulting relationship. Professional work begins only under a separate written agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality, and other applicable terms.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Fabreco Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on general website content. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
